I need some help. I have followed the popup tutorial but my pop up is still not working. why is this Question

Yes, http://www.setting-sun.net is my url (big surprise). i think i sorted it though, my internet security has dissallowed pop-ups and so won't klet me view a pop-up site. I think that's it but I'm not sure.
