There are lots of free sub-domains.
Is that OK?

All free domains are pretty bad, but I guess the best is .co.cc or .uni.cc, as they give you DNS control etc.

www.Afraid.org gives out free, short subdomains with DNS control.

I found the site http://www.tucktail.com/ for getting the domain name at $1.99.it provides the free hosting service also.It's useful for me.
