I made a picture that flips to another picture when you put your mouse over it and it works just fine on my computer even if I put it into a different directory. but as soon as I put it on my ISPs computers and view it through the internet it wont flip but it will display a blank transparnt block with a small red x. so the it does reconize my mouse over it and will flip back to the original picture once I take my mouse off
