Appears to write its self text

I am new to all this but have started building a web site in web page maker version 3.03 which i find easy to use as a beginner but i want to add some html code myself.What i want to add is some writing that appears to write itself (ie as if it where typeing it into the page) then after it has written it i want to be able to use it as a click on link how do i go about this [/code]

i think that making an image would be easiest. It would be so much easier to do as a GIF, and then set it as a hyperlinked image.
