Wordpress template integration

I have my eyes on a sweet Wordpress template and am planning on setting up my account with GoDaddy hosting. I know how to do this much.

But I am wondering how difficult it is to integrate a Wordpress template into Wordpress. Do I need a developer to do this or is this something that I can do. I do not know how to use html but I am very tech savvy otherwise.

If anyone can steer me to some instructions on how to do this that would be super!
