Kay so,
I have a custom div layout made by moi.
in div1
I have a photo of myself.
Under my photo
I have my links to things like pix, home, etc.
and those are pictures not actual text.
I want to have
a code
where when you hover over the pictures. ..
they are replaced by another picture [going to be another color of the same words].
So erm. HELP! PLZ KTHNX! |

well, I have to have diferent hovers for different pictures.
I don't know exactly where to insert the Rollover script.
Need I post my Layout? |

Well the first one tells you exactly what to - saving the JS file, adding it to the <head> and then add the second part to where you want your image to show up.
And then the second one shows an entire web page so I am not certain which one you are using and where you might be having problems?

alright. so I'm still rather confused.[let me remind you this is a myspace layout]
1)How do I save something as .js?
2)When I did the .js when I rolled over the link it had like the little info bar show up saying what that was a link to. I don't need that! I need it to display another picture.
ex. like if you had a star.bmp as a link and when you rolled over it it became like... a clowd.bmp
4) It seems that CSS would work, cause I've seen that in a lot of layouts that I've done... but I'm not to sure where to put it.
I'm sorry for being so difficult.

Remind me? You negelcted to tell me that was what you were doing - myspace layout until now. From what I have read, myspace does not support JavaScript and you really cannot edit the head of the document to add an internal / external CSS script.
The code that you provided - shows that you have an internal style sheet inside your <body> and this goes into the <head>
I don't mess with MySpace unfortunately. I pretty much only know where code goes and doesn't go
