I have a simple submit form - including the user's name and random information needed for our website. The issue is - and I'm not sure if it's a counterproductive issue due to my xhtml or css... however the form submission opens the actual email program native to the users operating system (I.E. PC = Outlook, Mac = Mail). I need to ensure that the form bypasses opening this third-party program. I want to allow the user to submit the form via the coding/website - not a program on their computer.

Someone know what to do?

Either need link to form or the form code being used. Especially the action part. If you are using a "mailto:" then that will be a client-side action and their email program will open to complete the action.
