I want to have a search box that when i type a name
and push submit, that on the bottom, there is another Text box that displays the result

I want when i type "Vinny" in the search box to show on the bottom text box as "Fun". Or "Alex=crazy"


EX: Vinny=Fun
Name:[Vinny ]
(submit)
Result:[Fun ]
