Can't help where you have your own domain name that has been registered or needs to be registered. Most "free" hosting services will not change anything except for registering your domain name and it continues to remain "free" as long as you re-new your domain name through that hosting site.
Most require a credit card, but you could always call sales and see what arrangements you can make for payment.
The only other way is to use your domain name as a sub-domain on someone else's site if they will let you. Or use the many totally free hosting sites that will use your domain name as a sub-domain of their site.

They use a private Network ( You have to install it if you want to be able to see your domain name ) so you can have Free domain names.
