I created a div with a background on it, then I created a table without borders inside of the div and now I'd like to make the table content transparent, but I can't seem to get it to work..
I put <font color="transparent"></font> in several places but it doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

This is what I've got so far and it's the dots that I'd like to make transparent:

<div style="background-image:url(http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa227/D1Doris/gif.gif?t=1222311821); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center;">
<table style="background-color: transparent; border:0px; width:430px; height:300px; padding-right: 10; padding-left: 10; padding-top: 2;">
<tr> <td align="center"><a href="some link"><font face="Lucida Handwriting" size="4">ADD</font></a></td> <td align="center">.</td> <td align="center">.</td> <td align="center"><a href="some link"><font face="Lucida Handwriting" size="4">MSG</font></a></td> </tr>
<tr> <td align="center">.</td> <td align="center">.</td> <td align="center">.</td> <td align="center">.</td> </tr>
<tr> <td align="center">.</td> <td align="center">.</td> <td align="center">.</td> <td align="center">.</td> </tr>
</table>
</div>

Give this a try
Code:
<div style="background: url(http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa227/D1Doris/gif.gif?t=1222311821) no-repeat center; width: 450px; height: 302px;">
<table style="border:none; width:430px; height:300px; padding: 2px 10px 0 10px;">
<tr>
<td align="center"><a href="some link"><font face="Lucida Handwriting" size="4">ADD</font></a></td>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
<td align="center"><a href="some link"><font face="Lucida Handwriting" size="4">MSG</font></a></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
<td align="center">&nbsp;</td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>

It can also be done like this
Code:
<div style="background: url(http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa227/D1Doris/gif.gif?t=1222311821) no-repeat center; width: 350px; height: 300px;">
<p style="width: 300px; padding: 50px 20px 0 20px; font: 1.2em Lucida Handwriting; text-align: right; white-space: nowrap;"><span style="float: left; text-align: left;"><a href="some link">ADD</a> </span><a href="some link">MSG</a></p>
</div>

So simple and still I couldn't find the answer anywhere..
If I use the second option it works, but it shows up slightly different for some reason, but with the first code it's perfect. Thanks a lot!
