Sir
I have created an html page using my web page design software and when uploaded as an email page all works except When I send it to myself as a test it returns fine but the text which confirms it has been scanned for viruses appears within the page instead of at the bottom of the page.I have tried various methods to stop this, no good .Can you advise please.

I would say don't sent it to yourself as an HTML email? You probably have your virus scanner turned on to scan emails. My anti-virus program NOD32 will add something to each email telling me it has been scanned. This usually can be disabled in the AV program control panel as well
But when I open other emails sent to me as web pages the virus scan alert always comes at the end of the sent page.I asume there is an html code which forces the end of a page so that all other messages appear after the message.
Other people receiving the email html letter may well have their virus scanner switched on? Any futrher thought welcome
Sorry to be persistant but anyone know the answer to why my AVG virus message appears within the body of a web page I email to myself, all other pages from third parties it comes at the end of the page?
