Help Why No page rank in google, ok msn and Yahoo

I have an approved google sitemap, equal or better total content than competitors, have 65 or more links including a few Pr6 an 7s. I have been online for a year. I am getting google scaned about every 10 to 14 days. BUT I HAVE A ZERO PAGE RANK. Can anyone tell what my problem is. My Site is

I guess my question is why does google not recognize my links. MSN Yahoo and other engines do. Also is my 0 page rank a google punishment for some reason I can't determine.

There are some theories that depending on the type of sites that you link to - if they are doing black hat seo then you might be punished as well.

Thanks for all the the input.

I am indexed by Google. I can't find any reason why they would be punishing my site and my links all appear to be directly from the sites.

Does it take Google 14 months to give a page rank?

No I have not done any black hat SEO. I built the site pretty much as it is now. Slowly built links through exchange. when i check them through a back link program the appear clean.

Sometimes it just takes time. There is a Search Engines and Marketing and Search Engines forums that have some very good people that handle SEO much better.

Yesterday upon reviewing my google page rank it finaly showed up as a 3. Well it is a starting point.

Hello I have found this forum as i am in the same position i have carefully selected the links relevent to the website www.jackintheboxmiddlesbrough.co.uk i am ranking first page for all primary keywords and certain key phrases, i have registered on all the directorys the competitors have. But yet still no PR ?? what is happening i must be doing something wrong its been 2 months.

does anyone have advice?
