I am HTML illiterate but did manage to write code for a simple document that collects data. I want to save the data to my local flashdrive and would like the document to print only the populated fields on my printer, leaving the unpopulated fields out of the final print. Is this possible in html? Or should I being using another language like visual basic or something else? Thanks

You probably want to use serverside scripting for web forms such as PHP or ASP.

Else you would be off into programming in VB etc.
