I copy customer websites and put them on business card cd's. Mouseover effects on the cd's dont work unless the user is connected to the internet. Is there a way I can put a short html code on the cd that will enable all the mouseover menu items on all the webpages to act like they do on the original internet website- even when the cd user is not connected to the internet?

What type of mouse-over are you speaking about? A CSS style, javascript, etc? Do you have the code? Thanks!
