Positioning Text and/or Tables

I cannot find any help on how to position some text or a table with some text. Crying or Very sad

I have a heading and I want to position a table with text on the right and then another further down on the left. Not unlike a letter format.

Any ideas Question

I have found the solution to this. I am using <TABLE STYLE="position.....

However, I also need to fix some text to the bottom of the page, regardless of how big the page will get.
WHY is this stuff so impractical and difficult???????
