How to use <marquee>?

Hi everyone,
I've been studying this marquee code...
But I have a question: If I use <marquee loop> the number of loops is infinites...Ok!
If I use <marquee loop behavior="slide"> the object appears on my left side of the screen.

My question:
If I want the loop to be from up to down, for example...I can use <marquee direction="down" loop>...But If I want to use <marquee direction="down" loop="4"> ; How can I make the object in the middle of a cel of a table for example? Confused

The marquee is tag is being deprecated. Howevere, check out these scripts:
