Probably amateurish but...
I've entered following in my html page - using a form defined later in code.

Can't get any email even though it 'appears' to the user that the email was sent.

<form
action="mailto:contactatfreelifenetwork.com"
method="POST"
enctype="multipart/form-data"
name="Email Info Request Form">

Thanks for guidance!

Better to use a server-side mail form, but if you can't:

Basic Client-Side Mailto: Form:
Code:
<form method="post" action="mailto:someone@$nailmail.com" enctype="text/plain">
<input type="text" name="username"> : name <br>
<input type="text" name="email"> : email <br>
comments <br>
<textarea name="comments" rows="10" wrap="hard">
</textarea>
<input name="redirect" type="hidden" value="index.html">
<input name="NEXT_URL" type="hidden" value="index.html"><br>
<input type="submit" value="Send">
<input type="reset" value="Clear">
</form>

No. My mistake. That part wasn't to be included. It was just an example of how they did theirs.
