I am currently working on http://www.grayspringsinternational a online training website rendering similar services with http://www.teflonline.com. The owner wants me to model it after the above side. Please can do such that applicants fills form and submit and they can log in and access their training portal? I don't know whether this explanatory enough. But please respond.

The site is a little set now but how can I create a database such that password and username of name of applicants will be validated automatically anytime they log in. Also how to make the browser display automatically the login info of the user because the courses will have timer that will show number of days left to complete the course.
