Add Our Toolbar CODE.?

Hey their, I'm trying to make like a dhtml , ajax or whatever other way their is...

But like on some sites i have been to i see a drop down when you go to their site saying try our new TOOLBAR download it here and then it like shows the pic of the tool bar in the drop down.. with a white border around it... any one know what im talking about lol?

If their is can some one lead me to the right area or give me a code thanks Wink

Haven't seen it, but any good drop down or slide out nav menu can have an image as a link on a mouseover. Doesn't have to be a text link.
