how to edit hml web hosting template

Hello, I am new to this forum. I purchased a 5 page html template for web-hosting. I downloaded Photoshop cs4/Dreamweaver but not sure how to open it. Need assistance in opening the PSCS4 or editing my template. THANKS

If the template was downloaded in a zip form, you have to unzip it. I would make a work folder with the name for your site if you have one. Unzip all files to folder. The working template as is must maintain the same relationship with the other folders/files to work. You can tell whether they do after unzipping by browsing to the index.html file and clicking on it. Or, drag and drop it onto an open browser window. It will display properly if all is correct.
