Cheap or Free Webhost

I am thirteen and I am looking for a web host I can pay for.
My limit for each month will be $10.
I would like to be able to use HTML and to be able to have registration etc.
Does anyone know any good web hosts that I can use?

You want your own domain name then? The only hosting service I know of that allows you to pay by the month is http://Webs.com/ . Might be more, but others require 6-months or a year up front. All paid by credit card. Some may accept Pay Pal if you have one. Maybe your parents can help you with the payment plan.

Well, I haven't checked EVERY hosting service. I only know about the one as I was helping someone with their webs.com site and they told me they paid each month. My hosting service require a year on each renewal and it is done by credit card.
