I know the forums are not mainly for these sort of things but I'd really apriciate it if someone could help me with this thing because I cant seem to find a reason

on firefox it looks good, on IE6 the last link with the sun glasses goes down.. anyone can tell me why please please????

You are coding to an XHTML 1.0 Strict DocType and this is a very tight coding requirement for browsers.
Your scroll bar coloring is only effective for IE and is a waste of time as it causes these CSS Errors and you have enough HTML errors to fix.
