survey report - asp

Hello.

I've created a survey in HTML (with all sort of questions - single-choice, multiple-choice, ranking questions and questions that require a descriptive answer). I want to store the answers on a server and make a report (like how many 'YES' answers had a single-choice question and so on). How can I achieve this using ASP?
