I am trying to change 2 things at once, so a new window does not open.

Your frame page needs an id or if it has one, the link has to call it.

Lots of errors need to be corrected before getting to your problem. You have no DocType for one.

Try changing "<P>Link should open <A HREF="Memberindex.htm" TARGET="_blank">THIS</A> in this window, instead of a new window." to "<P>Link should open <A HREF="Memberindex.htm" TARGET="_self">THIS</A> in this window, instead of a new window."

Recommend that you put all tags and attibutes in lowercase.

Yeah same for me, except for the family part. His family lives in the same 400 population town as I do, and they are very supportive. I just wanted to go to Okinawa because it is a once in a lifetime chance, and he always tells me there are so many things that he wants me to see. In addition to that, I just like to travel. So who knows, we may end up on a vacation in Hawaii someday. I deffinately won't rule that out.
