CSS drop down menu query

Hi,

I need to make the menu on the following page in a CSS drop down menu. What code will accomplish this look, especially the 1px border around the edge of the menu?

(menu where it says "about LSC" "get involved" etc)

Go to http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/basic_dd.html use view source to get the html and css. Modify it for your needs.
