Hello

I have this really strange problem and I am not sure how to approach it.

I need to send form information for an SMS message and it take 5 very specific variables: date, phone number, service (identifies what message to send), fail link and success link.

The problem is that in the same form you can enter two phone numbers which changes the "service" variable.

If the user enters a phone number in the first field it send one "service" variable.

If the user enter a phone number in the second field it send the other "service" variable.

if the user enter both phone numbers then it sends off both "service fields" in separate query strings.

All this has to be done with JavaScript, nothing server side.

I have not found any tutorial or instruction on how to accomplish this I though someone might be able to point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.
